How long will my order take?

Most pieces are made to order and ship within 2–3 weeks. If your item is listed as “ready to ship,” it will usually dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

My item looks slightly different from the photo, is that normal?

Yes. Variations in colour, weave, or texture are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered faults but a reflection of the handmade process.

How do I care for my item?

We recommend gentle machine wash on cool or handwash, then air dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the natural fibres.
