All items are shipped from the UK.

• Made-to-order items: dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

• Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• UK delivery: typically 2–4 days after dispatch.

• International delivery: delivery times vary by destination; you will receive tracking details once shipped.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied by your destination country.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at contact@linenandlyons.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that slight variations in fabric or craftsmanship are normal and part of each item’s character.
